      <image:title>About the Author - Eden Phillips</image:title>
<image:caption>Birth Mother and Author As a 17-year-old high school senior in Southern California, Eden found herself facing the hardest decision of her life. Where did her precious unborn daughter belong? Of course Eden wanted to keep her, but what was best for the baby? She felt an intense need to know God’s plan for this child and a strong commitment to following that plan. After months of soul searching, prayers were answered and she found the perfect adoptive family. Three days after giving birth, Eden placed Madison Grace in their arms at the hospital. Eden continued her education and went on to achieve a successful corporate career, marry and have two children of her own, Lincoln and Logan. She currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona with her family. Through an open adoption arrangement, Eden has developed a beautiful and special relationship with Maddie’s family and they’ve been blessed to be a part of each other’s lives to this day.</image:caption>
